Unsure when to go?  Prices below will give a general idea.

Prices vary with season and occupancy, generally the lowest prices can be found between April and December each year.  While its snowy and cold on the mainland prices are highest from Christmas to early April.  We can provide custom dates and pricing to fit your vacation schedule.  

Normal:

Reserve: First night rent is required upon making reservations.

Final Payment: Full pre-payment required 30 days prior to check in date.

Cancellations: First night is non-refundable upon reservation. Less than a 14 day notice only 50% of total will be refunded.  No refund once travel has commenced.

Holiday and Long Term:
Reserve: $500 deposit per unit is required upon making reservations. 

Final Payment: Full pre-payment required 60 days prior to check in date.
Cancellations: Don't cancel please! If so $300 is non-refundable. Less than 30 day notice only 50% of the total will be refunded. No refund once travel has commenced.

Winter: 

Reserve:  First night rent is required upon making reservations.
Final Payment: Full pre-payment required 60 days prior to check in date.
Cancellations: Don't cancel please! If so first night non-refundable. Less than 30 day notice only 50% of the total will be refunded. No refund once travel has commenced.
